Isolated storm causes flooding in Edmonton

July 9, 2013, Edmonton - Some parts of Edmonton were blasted late Monday afternoon by an isolated thunderstorm that left some roadways underwater, flooded some basements and is being connected to a small house fire. CTV News reports.
