Kingsville chief accused of sexual assault

Dec. 12, 2016, Kingsville, Ont. - Shock and dismay are rippling through the Kingsville community after the arrest of longtime fire Chief Bob Kissner on allegations of sexual offences involving a minor. Kissner, 60, was arrested by Essex County OPP on Saturday. He’s facing two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation. The Windsor Star reports. | READ MORE
