Labrador chief cautions residents following Christmas tree fire

Dec. 1, 2021, Labrador City – The Labrador City Fire Chief is urging caution this holiday season after a Christmas tree fire broke out over the weekend. Just before noon on Saturday, Labrador City Fire Rescue responded to a fire on Beverly Crescent where an artificial Christmas tree had caught ablaze due to a power surge in the area.
