Large fire destroys ‘iconic’ market in Salisbury, N.B.

Sept. 20, 2022, Salisbury, N.B. – The Green Pig Country Market in Salisbury was destroyed by a fire Monday night. The market 20 kilometres southwest of Moncton is known for its fresh vegetables and corn maze. It’s been a staple for the surrounding areas in southeastern New Brunswick for years.
