Locked exits trap Carleton students during fire alarm

Sept. 6, 2012, Ottawa – Some Carleton University students could not flee their residence building during a fire alarm early Wednesday morning because the emergency exits at both ends of their floor were locked. The Ottawa Citizen reports.
