Man rescued from Michipicoten River in southern Ontario

April 8, 2013, Wawa, Ont. – Just after noon on Sunday, a rescue effort was underway at the Michipicoten River, adjacent to the Harry Mcluskie Marina. The Wawa Volunteer Fire Department deployed their Zodiak to rescue a person in the water. Local 2 reports.
