Mediation begins in fire-services dispute

Nov. 13, 2014, Hants County, N.S. - Mediation between the Windsor Fire Department and Municipality of West Hants is finally underway. Cathie Osborne, West Hants' interim chief administrative officer, announced Monday night that both parties would be meeting this week to begin negotiations that could solve their outstanding fire services issues.
