Mini home destroyed by blaze

Dec. 29, 2010, Rusagonis, N.B. – Investigators are attempting to determine the cause of a fire that destroyed a mini home outside Fredericton.

Oromocto fire chief Jody Price says the blaze broke out shortly before 6 p.m. Tuesday on Sunpoke Road in Rusagonis.

Fire crews entered the home and tried to cut off the spread of the flames, but the fire ended up burning through the entire attic before being contained.

No one was home at the time.

There was extensive fire damage to the entire structure and all the contents inside were lost.
