New joint fire/EMS building a first in B.C.

Dec.19, 2013, Richmond, B.C. – The combination of fire-rescue and ambulance services in a single building in the West Cambie neighbourhood of Richmond, B.C., is the first agreement of its kind in the province. The Richmond Review reports.
