Newfoundland bridge unsafe after suspicious fire

Jan. 4, 2013, Conception Bay South, N.L. – Police in Newfoundland say a bridge fire in Conception Bay South is suspicious.

The fire on Monday was contained to the Railway Track Bridge at the end of Indian Pond Road.

No one was injured, but the bridge was damaged and not recommended for public use because it is not considered safe.

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
