No smoke alarms in fatal Surrey fire

Jan. 3, 2014, Surrey, B.C. – Firefighters have confirmed that there were no working smoke alarms in the Surrey, B.C., house in which a fire broke out early Thursday, killing one woman and injuring seven other people, including a toddler. CTV News reports.
