No working smoke alarms found at scene of Welland apartment fire

July 16, 2020, Welland, B.C. – Welland Fire and Emergency Services firefighters made quick work of a bedroom fire in a seven-unit apartment building in the city’s downtown core Tuesday night, says Deputy Chief Adam Eckhart.
