Off-duty firefighter rescued tenants from burning building

Sept. 30, 2014, Montreal - Stéphane Ouellette had just finished an overnight shift with the Laval Fire Department last Sunday morning and was enjoying a coffee with his wife in Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie when he heard and felt a loud blast. CBC News reports.
