Off-duty Welland firefighter comes to aid of injured cyclist

Sept. 1, 2020, Welland, Ont. – An off-duty Welland, Ont., firefighter got more than he bargained for when took his vehicle to get serviced Monday morning. It was about 8 a.m. when he saw a cyclist involved in a collision on Niagara Street across from the lot from the Mike Knapp Ford dealership and ran to the scene to offer aid.
