Officials begin arson investigation into condo fire

Sept. 3, 2014, Kitchener, Ont. - Waterloo Regional Police said Tuesday that they are starting a formal investigation into the fire that tore through 17 homes in the Victoria Common condominium development July 22, believing the fire was deliberately set. The Kitchener-Waterloo Record reports.
