Ottawa couple sues fire department over second barn fire

Aug. 6, 2014, Ottawa - A couple who had two barn fires on their farm in less than 24 hours has filed a lawsuit against Ottawa Fire Services, claiming crews breached a duty to make sure the first fire was fully extinguished and to monitor the property for many hours afterwards. The Ottawa Citizen reports.
