Ottawa firefighters douse two-alarm blaze

Apr. 6, 2022, Ottawa – Ottawa firefighters quelled a two-alarm fire in Bells Corners on Tuesday evening. The fire, which began around 5 p.m. in the backyard of a single-family home on Foothills Drive, near Redfield Avenue, spread to the back of the home and up to the roof, emanating heavy smoke and flames.
