Paints, solvents behind blast at storage lot

June 23, 2011, Ottawa - Explosions at Tuesday night's three-alarm fire in a storage lot were caused by cans of paint and solvents inside the trailers that burned, the fire department said Wednesday. The Ottawa Citizen reports.
