Paramedics not called to scene of fire immediately

April 27, 2011, Ottawa - The Ontario Coroner's Office has been notified of the nine minute lapse in time it took firefighters to call paramedics to the deadly Cavan Street fire on Good Friday. The Ottawa Citizen reports.
