Pembroke strikes deal with firefighters

Feb. 18, 2015, Pembroke, Ont. - The city of Pembroke has reached a five-year deal with its firefighters. The collective agreement with the Pembroke Professional Firefighters Association is retroactive to Jan. 1, 2014 and extends to Dec. 31, 2018. They had been without an agreement since Dec. 31, 2013.
