Personal care worker alone at time of fire

April 23, 2012, Midhurst, Ont. - Petite personal service worker Denise Collins singlehandedly rescued nine residents from the burning Muskoka Heights Retirement Residence. “It’s unbelievable what you did,” Mike Pauze, District 3 vice-president of the Ontario Professional Fire Fighters Association, said Thursday.
