Personal cell phones banned for Winnipeg firefighters, EMS

Oct. 31, 2012, Winnipeg – The city of Winnipeg has instituted a new policy banning employees of the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service from carrying a personal cell phone while they’re on the clock. Metro News reports.
