Peterborough crews respond to three water emergencies

Mar. 21, 2017, Peterborough, Ont. - Peterborough firefighters hit the water three times over the weekend in response to reports of emergencies. On Sunday morning, firefighters received a call for an overturned canoe located at Lock 22, along with a life-jacket in the water.
