Police and residents left to fight house fire

Dec. 28, 2012, Kamloops, B.C. – RCMP and a few Good Samaritans were the only option in the fight against a massive house fire in Kamloops, B.C., on Sunday because it was outside the Barriere fire protection area. The Kamloops Daily News reports.
