Police, firefighters perform river rescue in Kamloops
Sept. 11, 2018, Kamloops, B.C. - One person is safe after police and firefighters conducted a rescue in the South Thompson River near the Red Bridge on Monday afternoon. Firefighters were called at the request of the RCMP and appeared to be tossing a life preserver to a person from their boat on the east side of the bridge at about 4 p.m. Kamloops This Week reports. | READ MORE
