Port Hope firefighter brings home three medals from World Firefighter Combat Challenge Championships

Dec. 6, 2021, Port Hope, Ont. – A Fleming College instructor and full-time firefighter won big in the World Firefighter Combat Challenge Championships held last month in the southern United States.
Shawna Coulter, who has coached the Fleming Fire Combat Team after starting it in 2014, first qualified for the World Championships by medalling in three divisions in a qualifier in Pittsfield, Mass. in September, solidifying a spot at the world championships.
