Rainy weather gives Glace Bay firefighters a helping hand

June 3, 2014, Glace Bay, N.S. - Firefighters are having a bit more of a rest this year through grass fire season, thanks to Mother Nature. "We aren't getting near as many this year as with past years," said Jim Taylor, fire chief of the Glace Bay Volunteer Fire Department. "I’ll bet when it's all said and done we'll be down 250 fires."
