March 17, 2014, Regina – Investigators are looking at the possibility of arson after a fire extensively damaged a strip of businesses in Regina.
A flooring store, eavestroughing company and a woodworking shop were hit by the overnight blaze in an east-side neighbourhood.
Firefighters spent about three hours pouring water on the flames that ate their way along the roof.
There are no reports of injuries.
Dan Lamb, who owns the flooring business, says it appears someone broke in and scattered tools around a rear bay door and a back alley.
Lamb says he's been at the location for about six months trying to get his business off the ground.
