Residents defy evacuation order

Aug. 6, 2009, Lillooet, B.C. The Mount McLean wildfire is raging nearby, but Claude Terry and his family are staying put. About 100 residents in the Lillooet region are refusing to comply with an order to evacuate the area about one kilometre from where the fire still burns, according to town's emergency operations centre managers.
