Residents protest council over firefighter layoffs
Feb. 28, 2012, Corner Brook, N.L. - As Corner Brook City Council met inside city hall Monday night a large crowd congregated outside. To chants of “Hey! Ho! Greeley’s got to go” and “Hey! Ho! Council’s got
to go” the crowd of around 300 people moved from the parking lot and
around the building to gather outside the entrance. The Western Star reports.
