Robert Harvey appointed president of JVC Canada

Oct. 2, 2012, Aurora, Ont. – Robert Harvey, president of portable radio maker, Kenwood Electronics Canada, has been appointed president of the company’s three Canadian subsidiaries.

Harvey accepted the role of president for JVC Canada and JVC Professional Products Canada. He will remain president for Kenwood Electronics Canada.

Among other fire-ground electronics, Kenwood manufactures and sells the NEXEDGE series of radios. The radios are available in analog and digital, and offer reduced noise and secure voice communications.

Harvey, who was previously general manager of the company’s communications division, has more than 30 years of experience in the electronics business, including audio and radio communications, and professional and commercial sound markets.
