Safe emergency candles from Kevin’s Kandles

Dec. 21, 2010 – Kevin’s Kandles has introduced a program for fire departments interested in distributing safe, emergency candles for fundraising activities. The company says the program will help departments raise operational funding while helping communities reduce the potential for accidental candle fires.



Kevin’s Kandles’ says its emergency candle will greatly improve fire prevention and fire safety worldwide, providing a viable alternative to traditional emergency candles. The candles are designed so that it is impossible to burn down to their base and ignite combustibles under or near the base of the candles. When tipped over, the candles will normally self-extinguish.
