Video Big box ad types:
Option A) Youtube/Vimeo Box:
- Currently designed with logo option at top
- Plays embed video in Bigbox (some control on what it displays depending on embed options)
- Stays at 300×250 width on mobile view
- Stats: Ad views, Clicks on logo – Video stats from source
Option B) VAST code Based ad:
- Used Logo at bottom (do we prefer top or bottom for these?)
- Uses VAST code (these already include play button – does not auto play must un-mute – no options on display UI)
- Shows at full width on mobile view
- Auto plays in browser view (on most browsers)
- MAY NOT show due to security settings on Browser
- Click video to play and click again goes to their page (part of their code)
- Stats: Views on ad. Video: Plays and Finish (must turn on Video viewership in reports get these)
- Click stat only if Logo option used
Option C) Video Uploaded to Ad system:
- Uploading MP4 to Ad system is limited to video under 1MB, this one was 7MB BUT it converts the video to various formats and doesn’t run the original.
- no options on display UI
- Shows at full width on mobile view
- Auto plays in browser view (on most browsers)
- Stats: Views on ad. Video: Plays and Finish (must turn on Video viewership in reports get these)
- Click stat only if Logo option used
Option D) Still Ad with uploaded PLAY button overplayed:
- Upload still image Ad
- Upload Play button image to overlay is optional
- Link goes to Page for video display
- Stats: Ad views, Ad clicks (from ad system). Page views (video placed on) from Analytics. Video Stats from source.
