April 4, 2013, Elliot Lake, Ont. – The inquiry looking into the fatal mall collapse in Elliot Lake heard Thursday that a previous mall roof collapse in Sault Ste. Marie prompted the original owner of the Elliot Lake mall to request an inspection nearly two decades ago. CBC News reports.
