Seven year-old boy responsible for two fires

Aug. 29, 2013, Saskatoon - Two evening fires broke out in a Saskatoon neighbourhood Tuesday evening, and police have found the culprit. Police determined the person responsible was a seven-year-old boy. CTV News reports.
