Smoke detectors not working at Ville-Marie fire

Dec. 30, 2013, Ville-Marie, Que. – A fire prompted the evacuation of several residents from a three-storey building in the Ville-Marie neighbourhood of Montreal on Sunday night. No working smoke detectors were found in the building. CTV News reports.
