Feb. 26, 2014, Kelowna, B.C. – The smoke hanging over Kelowna, B.C. is from burning fibreglass caused by a fire at a manufacturing plant. The smoke, according to fire officials, is no more toxic that smoke from a typical house fire. Global News reports.
