Stranded ice fisherman to be charged for rescue

Jan. 30, 2013, Scugog, Ont. – A 62-year-old ice fisherman, who was rescued from Lake Scugog in Ontario on Jan. 13, was billed $5,392 for the rescue – the first such invoice sent out by the town. The Toronto Star reports.
