Suspicious fire injures two people

Investigators say they want to speak to Francisco Silveri in relation to the incident.

Firefighters were called to the home (on Greengate Rd) on Saturday afternoon.

A female resident was taken to Hamilton for treatment of serious injuries, while a male resident was treated at Guelph General for minor injuries.

Police say a man was seen fleeing the scene on foot carrying a red gasoline can.

He’s described as white, about six-foot-two, with a slim build.
