Police say one girl and two boys
ranging from in age 13 to 17 years old have been charged with numerous
counts of breaking and entering after allegedly looting almost a dozen
apartments.
Yesterday, more residents returned to their homes to collect valuables left behind after the explosion.
Several people have reported laptops and money missing, and say their apartments were left in disarray.
More than 900 residents left the building on Secord Avenue in east-end
Toronto after an explosion in its underground hydro vault last weekend.
Many residents have been living in shelters and may have to do so for a while longer.
