Teens suspected of starting massive fire

Winnipeg - Police believe the fire that reduced a vacant downtown building to rubble may have been set deliberately. The 105-year-old building went up in flames around 6:45 p.m. Monday, sending a wave of firefighters downtown to battle the out-of-control blaze and a wave of downtown residents to the street to watch the destruction.
