Dec. 29, 2009 - The Municipality of Clarington Fire Department in Ontario under chief Gord Weir took delivery in December of a Dependable Emergency Vehicles-built tanker. Built on a Freightliner M2 106 chassis and powered by an Allison 3000 EVS transmission and a Cummins ISC 330-hp engine, the tanker is equipped with a 1,500 IG co-poly water tank, Honda PFP 18HP portable pump, Husky portable tank, a Newton Kwik Dump, a swivel chute and a telescoping chute.
