The County of Vermilion River

The County of Vermilion River Fire Department in Kitscoty, Alta., under chief Orest Popsil, took delivery in January of a Fort Garry Fire Trucks-built pumper. Built on a Freightliner M2 106 chassis and powered by an Allison 3000 EVS transmission and a Cummins ISL 350-hp engine, the truck is equipped with a Darley PSP 1250 1,000-IGPM pump, a 1,000-IG co-poly water tank and a FoamPro 2002 Class A foam system.
