Three residents die in Winnipeg duplex fire

Feb. 29, 2016, Winnipeg - Three people are dead and a fourth is in critical condition following an early morning house fire in an inner-city duplex Sunday. At least 14 people were in the duplex at the time, but only 10 were able to flee the fire under their own power.
