Toronto highway reopens after truck fire

July 25, 2012, Toronto – All Hwy. 401 lanes reopened Wednesday at 6:30 a.m. after a tractor-trailer burst into flames Tuesday night eastbound at Allen Rd. The Toronto Star reports.
