Trial expected in firefighter’s death

May 8, 2013, North Bay, Ont. – The province wants health and safety charges to be heard in front of a judge instead of a justice of the peace involving a volunteer firefighter killed near Powassan while he was on his way to a house fire. The North Bay Nugget reports.
