Union claims ‘political command’ led to firefighters’ arrests
Sept. 10, 2014, Montreal - The police investigation that saw 41 firefighters charged in
connection to last month’s city hall ransacking was the result of a
“political command,” said Ronald Martin, the head of Montreal’s
firefighter association.Speaking to reporters for the first time
since the city hall incident, Martin insinuated Tuesday the mayor’s
