Vancouver crews battle parkade fire at UBC

Mar. 30, 2020, Vancouver – An early morning fire in UBC’s Westbrook Village Sunday had crews close off a stretch of Binning Rd. while they tackle the fire in the parkade of a construction site. Assistant Fire Chief Dan Stroup says crews were called to the scene around 2:00 a.m. and arrived to hear an explosion amid heavy smoke and flames. CityNews reports. | READ MORE
