Vancouver fire halls to get major repairs

Jan. 11, 2011, Vancouver - The city of Vancouver has freed up an extra $800,000 for much-needed repairs to many fire department buildings, including Firehall No. 5. – a 62-year-old building with mouldy showers, worn asbestos floor tiles, peeling paint and a cracked foundation.
