Vancouver firefighters douse 36 Halloween fires

Nov. 2, 2011, Vancouver - Vancouver firefighters responded to 36 fires Monday night as stray Halloween fireworks set a vehicle on fire and three other vehicles were targeted by vandals, one sustaining fire damage and two others found to have accelerants that did not ignite. The Vancouver Sun reports.
